Do you still have open user licenses? As an administrator in StoryBox, you can add new users yourself and assign them rights in just a few steps
1. Create user
Go to the Users tab and select the “New +” option at the top right. Enter the required information such as name and email address, select your company, assign a role and specify the language in which the user should receive their invitation to StoryBox.
2. Assign template
Once the user has been created, you can directly assign suitable templates for them to use for their videos.
3.Publish/share videos
As an administrator, you can decide whether your users can publish their own videos or not. To do this, you can use the toggle on the right-hand side of the user profile.
