What do I do if I have a technical problem?

If the problem occurs on your phone, please first check if there is a new app version in the App/Google store and update the app.

Then please check if restarting the app or the device solves the problem.

If the problem persists, please send us an email at customer@storybox.cloud and briefly describe the issue that occurred. Any indication of how you proceeded and what exactly happened will help us track down the problem.

If you are able to take a screenshot of the problem, or just screenshots if you can see it on them, please send them to us as well, as they will be a huge help in recreating the problem and we can help you faster.

We absolutely need this information:

1. Device:
- Computer? - Which browser? [We recommend Chrome only]
- Cell phone? - Which model? (e.g. Iphone 12 or Samsung S20)
2. Operating system version (e.g. iOS version 16.3.1 or Android 13)
3. App version (e.g. 3.3.1)
