What needs to be whitelisted / unblocked for StoryBox in your network?

Here you can find out which Domains you need to whitelist internally so that you can work properly with StoryBox in your network.

In order to use StoryBox on the web and on mobile, there are some domains that need to be unblocked, to be exact: whitelisted, in IT in the network.

If these domains are not whitelisted, it could occur that StoryBox or just parts of it are blocked and you either can't log in, work with it or functions or speed are limited.

The domains that need to be whitelisted are following:

Please provide this list to your IT so that StoryBox is fully approved. If there are any additional questions, or if IT needs more information for whitelisting, just contact your StoryBox contact or customer@storybox.cloud.

 

Important notice:

StoryBox works with so-called "heavy data", i.e. large amounts of data, which is normal when creating videos of a certain quality. Depending on the length, inserted assets/effects and image quality, a video can even exceed 1 GB in size.

There are some companies that have set a data limit in their network. This limitation can prevent the synchronization of projects or videos in StoryBox. Please check if you have these limits, because IT can either allow StoryBox to share the data or set up a separate network.

If an upload does not work, you can also enable "mobile data" in the settings of our apps to see if it works and is related to a network problem. However, please note that this will take up mobile data.
