Here's how to start a new project in StoryBox Studio within StoryBox Cloud
Designations:
Template: basic framework for the creation of videos
Project: once a template is selected, a new project is started
Video: the merging of all elements in a project in the so-called rendering process results in a video.
The project remains after the video has been created and can always be adapted.
New videos can always be generated from a project.
1. login Storybox Cloud
To start a new project, log into your StoryBox Cloud at https://storybox.cloud/.
Please make sure to work with the appropriate browser:
- Google Chrome
- latest version of MS Edge based on Google Chrome
Then click on Projects to enter the StoryBox Studio.
Depending on the user role, projects can be seen here.
User roles:
Company end user: can only see and edit his own projects.
Department administrator: can see and edit all projects of the users of a department within a company
Company administrator: can see and edit all projects of all users of a company
If you have not edited any projects yet, this area is still empty.
2. template selection
Tap the Plus button at the top right of the screen.
Then you can decide whether you want to start a new project based on a template or you want to start without a template.
It is recommended to choose a template developed together with your Customer Success Manager.
If you are missing templates or need more, contact your admin or your StoryBox Customer Success Manager directly.
Select the template you want to edit.
3. selection format
Folgend legst du fest, in welchem Format das Projekt bearbeitet werden soll.
Bitte überlege dir bereits vorab wo und in welchem Format du das spätere Video veröffentlichen möchtest. Eine spätere Umformatierung des Videos ist nicht möglich.
4. Projektname vergeben
The project with the overview of the scenes opens.
Now give the project a name.
Now you can start editing the project.
