Here you will learn about the formats that StoryBox has to offer, with which formats StoryBox works and what kind of specifications there are.
In StoryBox, you can embed and upload images and videos in a variety of places. Either you can upload background images and videos to the StoryBox Library to share them with all users. Or you can import images and videos from your device into a project.
Landscape: 1920 x 1080 px, 16:9
Portrait: 1080 x 1920 px, 9:16
Square: 1080 x 1080 px, 1:1
Full HD, maximum 30 MB per file
For images: .jpg or .png with a maximum bit depth of 30
For videos: .mp4 with 30 fps (frames per second)
Our videos are always downloaded in .mp4 format.
However, be aware that if you save a video on your Iphone from the app, it could happen that Apple generates a .mov (Quicktime player file) from it.
