Here you will learn how to create new users from your company in StoryBox
To do this, go to the USER section in your StoryBox Cloud.
Click on the plus to the right of the user search input field to access the user creation screen.
Please enter the following information:
- User name
- Email adress
- Role
User Role Description Company Administrator manages and can edit: all templates/projects/users/videos/ departments of a company Department Administrator manages and can edit : all users/videos of a department within a company Company Enduser manages and can edit: only his own projects/videos Mobile App User can only create videos via smartphone
Guest can only edit individual scenes to which he has been invited

If your company has created several departments, you can assign new users who have the role of company end user or mobile app user to one of these departments. - Language
In addition, you need to decide whether the user should have the right to publish finished videos and set the checkmark accordingly or not.
Then assign the appropriate templates to the user.
For the roles Company Administrator, Department Administrator, and Company End User and Mobile App User, at least one template must be assigned, otherwise they will not be able to log into the StoryBox Mobile App.
This is not required for a Guest. However, they cannot start their own projects and can only edit scenes to which they have been explicitly invited.
Now click on Save and the new user is created in StoryBox.
He will receive a welcome email with his user information and some information about StoryBox.
